By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Potbubbling a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Potbubbling does not endorse any User-Generated Content and disclaims any liability for any content submitted by users.

Potbubbling reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove any User-Generated Content at its sole discretion and without notice. You are solely responsible for your User-Generated Content and the consequences of submitting it.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of potbubbling.info may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping your payment information up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Potbubbling, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

In no event shall Potbubbling’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, Potbubbling’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

Potbubbling may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
